Since 2010 I have created and carried out projects and trainings through which several thousand people have passed.
More than 35 entities – public and private, inside and outside Spain – have trusted me to put my vision and teaching practice at the service of their communities.
Offering spaces and facilitating processes for awareness of the body and all its transformative power is my commitment.

Group sessions carried out in intensive or regular format in person or, if necessary, in online format.
Through movement proposals based on experiential anatomy and the exploration of dance available to everyone, I provide my own space for the activation of the transformative power of the body that moves in a space free of misunderstandings, judgements and judgements.
I share my knowledge, studies and practices through a careful accompaniment of each participant and the group as a whole.
No previous dance experience is required. The criterion for participation is to be alive and available to experience other/new possibilities of contact with the body and its movement

Programmes for teachers in both public and private schools, universities and other educational spaces.
At its central axis in the programme is the concept of Body Intelligence (Gardner, Claxton, Grasso) and how that concept dialogues with other practices that enable the awakening of sensitive and creative bodies.
I create a living and dynamic learning space for teachers in search of experiences full of inspiration and new bodily possibilities that can be applied within their workspaces and classrooms.

Sessions for organizations like yours
Sessions in group format.
Content created especially for the profile of the participating groups. The thematic material is a constant dialogue between corporal practice and the concerns, interests and challenges of the beneficiary community.
A space to strengthen both the individual wellbeing of the participants and the sense of collective belonging through the development of body language and its enjoyment.
The contracting entity receives a final report on the development of the programme carried out.
