BASIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
At Marina Santo we will process the information you provide us with the purpose of sending you information related to your request about our products and services. The legal basis that legitimizes the treatment is your consent. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, opposition, portability, or withdraw consent by sending an email to Escuela@marinasanto.com. You can also request protection of rights before the Control Authority (AEPD). No data will be transferred to third parties, unless expressly authorized or legally obliged. International transfers of your data will be made, specifically to the Mailerlite company.
